Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy & Order Cutoff Times
Our team works hard to deliver all orders in a timely fashion. Orders placed before 3:00PM Central Time are generally shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM Central Time are generally shipped next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or on any Federal Bank Holiday, will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping Companies
We offer you the option to directly select your desired shipping option at checkout. This means you will see all shipping options available from USPS and UPS at checkout and you can select the preferred method.
Please Note: Shipping times are not guaranteed and Feel Tranquilo is not responsible for delays with UPS or USPS. We do gaurantee to ship your package in accordance with our cutoff times and shipping schedule, however once the package is with the shipping company delays are out of our control.
Important: If you place an order on Friday and select UPS Next Day Air, this will not be delivered on Saturday. UPS Next Day Air does not include Saturday Delivery, this is an "add on service" with UPS. USPS Priority Mail Express will attempt Saturday Delivery but in our experience this shipping option is very hit or miss.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. If you have issues with your shipment, your best course of action is to contact the shipping company. Out ability to remedy is limited once the parcel has been handed off to the shipping company. With this said, if you encounter issues and the shipping company is not able to remedy, reach out to us and we will help you by communicating with the shipper.

We prioritize your privacy. Our packages are unmarked and make no indication of their contents or our brand name.
